RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must be willing to study for licensing while employed.
SCHEDULE:
- Part-time, with opportunity to move into a full-time role after 3 months of employment.
- Working hours of 10am-3pm, Monday - Friday.
- Paid study hours of either 8:30-10am OR 3-5pm each day.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
