Our agency opened in 2019 and has grown into a team of four who work together in a supportive, goal-oriented environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a strong foundation for building my own office.
I attended Baylor University and come from a military-affiliated background, which has shaped my leadership style and commitment to discipline, teamwork, and service. I stay involved in the community as a board member with FCA, supporting initiatives that help develop and encourage local youth.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Melanie Hardy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
