Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of five who are focused on education, service, and long-term growth. I began my career as a State Farm team member in 2011 and worked in two different states. Originally from Louisiana, I lived in Wyoming from 2011 to 2015, always knowing I wanted to become an agent. I ultimately moved back home to Louisiana to open my own agency and serve the community I care about most.

I stay very involved locally as President of the Kiwanis Club and a member of Rotary and the Knights of Columbus. Giving back and staying engaged in the community is a priority for me and our agency.

We offer PTO, paid holidays, flexibility for family needs, a 401(k), and licensing reimbursement. We understand that life happens, and we work to create a supportive, family-conscious environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Billy Cormier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensación: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
