What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Set quality appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Spark interest in insurance products and gather key information
- Support the sales pipeline with disciplined follow‑through

- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally
- Self‑motivation — you don’t need someone standing over your shoulder

- Customer service or phone experience is a plus, but not required
