ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in November 2011 and is a growing team currently made up of two team members plus myself, with plans to expand. Before becoming an agent, I worked in sales and as a State Farm team member, which helped build a strong foundation in both customer relationships and business development.

I’m a second-generation State Farm agent, born and raised in Cheektowaga, and proud to serve my hometown community. I’m also a graduate of the University at Buffalo and come from a family deeply rooted in the industry.

We stay highly involved in the community through the Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce, local events, and support for the Buffalo Police and Fire Departments. We also participate in community golf tournaments and other local initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Austin Czaja - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
