Our agency opened in 2003 and has grown into a strong team of 12 who work closely together to serve our customers well. I’ve been with State Farm for 35 years, serving in management roles and as an agent in Pennsylvania before opening this office. That depth of experience has shaped the way I lead and support our team.
I studied Marine Biology at East Stroudsburg University and have always loved fishing. I’m married with four children, and family has always been a central part of my life. That same commitment to teamwork and support carries into our office culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeff Thummel - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
