ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of four. I bring over 24 years of experience with State Farm, including time as an agent, in leadership, and now back into agency ownership. That experience has helped shape a strong, well-rounded approach to building a successful and supportive office.
I’m a graduate of the University of Maryland and a proud parent of three. Family is incredibly important to me, and outside of work I enjoy skiing and spending time with my kids. I stay actively involved in the community by serving on local boards, including organizations that support the homeless and the Latin American community.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim Winter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
