Licensed or Trainable P&C Sales Producer – State Farm Agency (Hybrid Remote – Phoenix, AZ)
$40,000 base salary + performance commission for licensed candidates.
Realistic first-year total compensation: $50,000 – $75,000+ (same proven structure as our current team).

- Already licensed? Receive a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days.
- Not yet licensed? We will sponsor and train the right candidate! Start studying for your Arizona P&C license + making calls at $20/hour until you pass the test, then move to full base + commission.
We’re adding a third team member to our growing office. Hybrid remote option available (office days as needed in our Gilbert office). You’ll receive warm leads, full training, and full agency support.
Requirements:
- Sales experience (insurance preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated closer who hits production goals
- Willing to obtain Arizona P&C license (we help with study materials and exam fees)
