Our agency opened in 2015 and is a close-knit team of five who believe in working hard while keeping family first. I was introduced to State Farm in 2012 through a friend who became an agent, and after spending two years as a team member, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue.
I’m married with three children and graduated from college where I also played baseball. Sports have always been a big part of my life, and I still enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing whenever I can.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jordan Thibodeaux - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensación: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
