Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of two with big plans for the future. Before opening my own office, I spent five years working as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and vision to build an agency focused on growth, positivity, and opportunity.

I attended St. John’s University and am currently engaged. I also have a dog who keeps life fun outside the office. Building a balanced, positive lifestyle is important to me, and I bring that same energy into the workplace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sebastian Turcios - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be willing to obtain Property/Casualty insurance license.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
