ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2000 and has grown into a high-energy team of eight who are focused on helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I spent years with State Farm starting in 1988 as a Claims Manager, which gave me a strong foundation in customer care, problem-solving, and leadership.
Insurance truly runs in the family. I’m married, my wife is also a State Farm agent, and our son followed the same path and now has his own agency. That shared experience brings a deep understanding of the business and a strong sense of pride in what we do. I’m also active in the community and serve as Chairman of the Jamaica YMCA, where we focus on supporting youth and strengthening local programs.
Our team enjoys free snacks and drinks, and we love celebrating wins together with team dinners at great restaurants and even trips. We also offer a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marcel Robin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
