ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and we’re a tight-knit team of three who truly enjoy working together. Before becoming an agent, I built my career in advertising and media sales management — running radio stations, TV shows, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. I made the move into insurance because I wanted to make a bigger impact and take care of people in a more meaningful way every single day.

Giving back is important to us, and we stay involved locally through initiatives like supporting a local athlete each week, Chatham Kids Matters, Ronald McDonald House, and breast cancer awareness efforts. We also love supporting small businesses in our community.

For our team, we offer two weeks of PTO, licensing reimbursement, and an amazing holiday schedule with all government holidays plus extra time off around major weekends and holidays. We also keep things fun with perks like coffee runs and lunches throughout the week, and when our team hits weekly life app goals during the spring, we close at 3pm on Fridays.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Connie Fenner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
