Our agency has proudly served the community since 1996 and is led by an experienced agent who previously worked as a Territory Manager with State Farm. With a small, close-knit team of two plus the agent, we offer a welcoming, family-oriented environment where relationships, communication, and teamwork truly matter. Outside of work, family is a central priority - Rich is married with three kids and is a graduate of New York University.
Giving back is an important part of who we are. Our agency supports local Little League programs, homeless outreach efforts, and high school initiatives, staying actively connected to the community we serve.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rich Yacyshyn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
