Our agency has just opened and is currently building a strong foundation with a growing team of two. I’ve been with State Farm since 2008 and bring a deep understanding of the business, having previously served as a Claim Representative and later as a Claim Team Manager. This background has shaped the way I lead - focused on problem solving, customer care, and building a strong team culture from the start.

State Farm is truly part of my family story. I’m a third-generation State Farm employee, and I’m proud to continue that legacy. I’m also a husband and parent of two, and family is a big part of what drives the supportive environment we aim to create in our office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marcus Bradley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensación: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
