Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help deliver the exceptional customer experience that supports the success of the agency. You will assist policyholders with service needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure customers receive accurate and timely support.

While this role is primarily service-focused, the ideal candidate will also be able to identify opportunities where customers may benefit from additional coverage and appropriately connect those opportunities with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to new and existing policyholders

Answer customer inquiries and explain policy information clearly

Assist customers with policy changes, updates, billing questions, and coverage requests

Support customers through the claims process and provide follow-up when needed

Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions

Identify potential coverage opportunities and refer those leads to the sales team

Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude

Previous customer service experience preferred

Insurance or State Farm experience preferred but not required

Ability to complete the licensing requirements outlined above
