Angel Reynoso State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking a licensed Life and Health insurance professional to join our team in Yuba City. This Position offers hourly pay plus commission with earning potential of $50,000 to $70,000+ per year based on performance. Our mission is simple: help people protect what matters most. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
- Assist customers with claims and policy changes.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- State insurance license for life and health insurance.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency with insurance agency software.
Compensation: $50,640.00 per year
