About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2020 and lead a close-knit team of five, built on strong values, community involvement, and a true family-first mindset. As a second-generation State Farm agent, I grew up around this business and bring years of industry experience into how I lead and support my team. I attended Washington State University and am a proud parent of four very active kids, so I understand firsthand the importance of balance, flexibility, and showing up for what matters most.
Giving back is at the heart of our agency. We’re deeply involved in our community through the Chamber of Commerce, local food bank volunteering, youth and semi-pro football sponsorships, scholarship programs, community dinners, Fourth of July events, and ongoing support of local law enforcement and first responders. That commitment has been recognized through honors like Business Leader of the Year, Woman-Owned Business of the Year, and a Congressional Letter of Recognition for community involvement.
For our team, we offer a 401k, licensing reimbursement, earned bonus days, additional PTO opportunities, free snacks and drinks, team lunches, outings, and early office closures on Fridays. Our culture is family-oriented, supportive, and driven by the belief that attitude and effort matter. We’re looking for motivated, growth-minded team members who take initiative, think creatively, and want to build something meaningful alongside people who truly care.
