I opened my agency in 2020 and lead a close-knit team of five, built on strong values, community involvement, and a true family-first mindset. As a second-generation State Farm agent, I grew up around this business and bring years of industry experience into how I lead and support my team. I attended Washington State University and am a proud parent of four very active kids, so I understand firsthand the importance of balance, flexibility, and showing up for what matters most.

Giving back is at the heart of our agency. We’re deeply involved in our community through the Chamber of Commerce, local food bank volunteering, youth and semi-pro football sponsorships, scholarship programs, community dinners, Fourth of July events, and ongoing support of local law enforcement and first responders. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lacey Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
