Receptionist (Part-Time)
Elvin Taylor State Farm – East Memphis Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Elvin Taylor State Farm is seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist to join our Legacy Office team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our customers and plays an important part in delivering the high level of service our agency is known for.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable multitasking throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Accept and process customer payments
- Assist with general, non-licensed account questions
- Mail customer policies and documentation
- Direct customers to the appropriate team member when necessary
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Strong multitasking ability
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
