ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2001 and has built a strong reputation for developing team members and helping customers protect what matters most. I started my career as a State Farm team member right out of college, which gave me valuable experience and a deep understanding of the business before opening my own agency.
I’m a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. I’m married and have played football most of my life, which helped shape my competitive spirit and team-first mindset. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the beach, and spending time with my Shepherd. I’m also involved in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of West University, where we work to support local initiatives and give back to the community.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brett Campo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
