We are seeking a motivated Life & Health Sales Representative to join our growing team.
 
This position focuses primarily on Life Insurance and Financial Services production within an established customer base of a Top 100 out of 19,000+ Agency. Our team generates a steady flow of opportunities, allowing this role to focus on helping individuals and families protect their future while identifying additional financial planning opportunities.
 
Successful candidates in this role consistently earn $80,000 – $100,000+ annually.
Salary = $40,000-$50,000 Performance Incentives: $40,000 - 60,000

Primary Responsibilities

Life & Health Production
• Meet with customers to review Life/Health Insurance needs and protection gaps
 • Present appropriate Life and Health solutions based on customer goals
 • Consistently generate and close new Life/Health Insurance policies
 
Investment Planning Opportunity Identification
• Identify financial assets such as savings, retirement accounts, and investment holdings
 • Uncover opportunities for Investment Planning Services
 • Coordinate with licensed Agent when appropriate
 
Pipeline Management
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of Life/Health opportunities
 • Track follow-ups and activity in agency systems
 • Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects and clients
 
 
Qualifications
• Sales experience required
 • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 • Self-motivated with strong follow-through
 • Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
 • Property & Casualty preferred or willingness to obtain
 
Expectations for Success
• Consistent Life/Health Insurance production
 • Strong pipeline of Life/Health opportunities
 • Identification of Investment Planning opportunities
 • Regular financial protection conversations with customers
 
Important Expectation
This role requires comfort discussing financial protection with customers and consistently initiating Life Insurance conversations, even when the topic was not the reason for the original interaction.
 
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
