ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2012 and has grown into a team of five who enjoy working hard and celebrating success together. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a bank manager but insurance was always familiar to me growing up, as my mom worked for a State Farm agent, which helped spark my interest in the industry.

I’m a big Oregon Ducks fan and a season ticket holder. My kids are currently in college, and outside of work I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors. We stay involved in the community through our church, volunteer work, and sponsoring local events like school carnivals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Rossman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
