We are a respected State Farm agency serving customers across Arizona is seeking a Life Insurance Advisor who is passionate about helping individuals and families protect their financial future.
Led by Nate Atkins, MBA, CPCU, ChFC, CLU, CASL, our agency takes a consultative approach to insurance and financial protection planning. We focus on meaningful conversations that help customers make confident decisions about life insurance, long-term protection, and financial security.
This role is ideal for a licensed life insurance professional or financial services advisor who enjoys building trusted relationships and guiding clients through important life decisions.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct consultative conversations to uncover clients’ financial protection needs
• Design customized life insurance strategies for families and individuals
• Educate customers on long-term financial protection and legacy planning
• Build strong relationships with clients through trust and thoughtful guidance
• Partner with the agency team to identify life insurance opportunities within the existing client base

Ideal Background
• Active Life & Health license required
• Experience in life insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
• Property & Casualty license is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
