ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Colton Bickle State Farm is looking for a friendly, motivated Entry-Level Bilingual Account Representative to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, speaking with customers, and want to build a long-term career, this could be the perfect fit for you.
No insurance experience? That’s completely okay — we will train you from the ground up and help you earn your insurance license. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Your bilingual skills will make a big difference as you help serve and support our diverse community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Answer questions and assist with policy updates
- Speak with clients in both English and Spanish
- Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance coverage when appropriate
- Follow up with customers to ensure they feel supported
- Keep accurate notes and customer records in our system
- Participate in training and team meetings to grow your skills

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
