What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a smile, whether in person or on the phone, and help connect them with the right team members.
- Keep our appointment schedule running smoothly and manage office communications.
- Assist with incoming inquiries and help maintain accurate customer records.
- Chat with customers to understand their needs and share helpful insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Friendly and confident communicator with great interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable engaging in friendly sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year

- Our office is open 9-6pm.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
