ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Sales Producer for Mike Guelcher State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive insurance options.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
