You will work both independently and collaboratively with the team to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Representative with Cheryl Hasson State Farm, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting the daily operations of a busy insurance agency. We are seeking an honest, reliable, and quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work both independently and collaboratively with the team to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills, including obtaining your Property and Casualty insurance license, and grow within our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide clear policy information.
- Assist clients with policy updates, changes, and claims processing.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Apply conflict management skills to resolve customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support agency goals and client needs.
- Licensed in P&C (or able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance licensing within a specified timeframe).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Honesty, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Commitment to obtaining Property and Casualty insurance license.
