At Christine Flomerfelt Insurance Agency, this role is more than answering phones or processing paperwork — you are a key contributor to agency growth and customer success.

As a Multiline Representative, you’ll blend strong customer service with proactive, needs-based sales. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, identifying coverage gaps, recommending solutions, and strengthening relationships that lead to long-term retention and revenue growth.

What This Role Looks Like

You will:

  • Proactively recommend auto, home, renters, life, and health products based on customer needs

  • Follow up on quotes, cross-sell opportunities, and inbound leads

  • Assist with policy applications, renewals, and coverage adjustments

  • Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation

  • Support retention efforts by conducting policy reviews and protection conversations

  • Contribute to office production goals and team performance metrics

This is a relationship-based sales role — service opens the door, but growth comes from confident conversations.

Licensing Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required

  • Life & Health license preferred

  • Candidates must be willing to obtain required licenses if not currently held

We provide licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance to help you succeed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable discussing coverage, handling objections, and closing sales

  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability

  • Self-motivated and goal-driven

  • Prior customer service or sales experience preferred

  • Insurance experience is a plus
