Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and face of Bobby White State Farm, assisting clients with their insurance needs, answering questions, and delivering impeccable customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to dependability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Support insurance agents with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Provide information about policies, claims, and services
Qualifications:
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance is a plus, but not required
Additional Information:
- This is a part-time position with a set schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Pay rate is $20 per hour
- Opportunity for this position to become full-time within 6 to 12 months based on performance and business needs
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
