What You’ll Do
• Generate and close new auto, home, and life insurance business
• Build and manage an active, organized sales pipeline
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities within households
• Follow up consistently on inbound and agency-generated leads
• Prospect and create additional opportunities through referrals and networking
• Meet and exceed clear monthly production standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and compliance standards

Compensation
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Experienced producers realistic earnings: $65,000–$100,000+
High performers exceed six figures through consistent production.
Compensation directly rewards activity, closing ability, and growth.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
