Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of two with big plans for the future. Before opening my own office, I spent five years working as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and vision to build an agency focused on growth, positivity, and opportunity.

I attended St. John’s University and am currently engaged. I also have a dog who keeps life fun outside the office. Building a balanced, positive lifestyle is important to me, and I bring that same energy into the workplace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sebastian Turcios - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
