ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a close-knit team of four who work together toward shared goals every day. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years as a State Farm team member, and I’ve been in the insurance world since I was 16 years old. That lifelong experience gives me a deep understanding of the business and a strong appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, supportive office.
I’ve been married for almost 20 years and have two boys. We’re also a military family, so commitment, teamwork, and resilience are values that are very important to me and shape the way I lead the agency.
Our team members earn PTO monthly, with up to 15 days available, and have access to top-producer bonuses, as well as weekly and monthly prizes based on performance. We also offer annual production bonuses, licensing reimbursement, and after 90 days, we cover life, disability, and hospital supplemental policies.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Janine Camacho - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
