ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1998 and is a close-knit team of three who take pride in providing great service and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a marketing representative, which helped shape my focus on relationships, communication, and customer care.
I attended Towson University and have two adult children. Family and community are both important parts of my life, and that perspective carries into the way I run the office. I stay active in the community through the Lee Mt. Vernon Chamber of Commerce and as a volunteer coach with the Springfield Youth Club. Giving back and staying involved locally has always been a priority.
Our team enjoys personal and professional coaching, life insurance, free snacks, Casual Fridays, bonuses, annual trips, and team-building events. We also offer a Simple IRA and health benefits to support long-term success.
Our culture is built around a supportive, close-knit team environment. We focus on coaching and development, and we’re looking for someone who is dedicated, upbeat, and personable. If you’re looking for a positive office where you can grow both personally and professionally, this could be a great fit for you.
