Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of nine who work closely together in a fun, collaborative environment. Before opening the office, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a clear understanding of how to build a supportive and effective team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Spencer Burnside - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Prior State Farm experience highly preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
