RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Representative for Savannah Bur State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services, primarily to existing customers who need additional lines of coverage.
- Assist customers with policy applications and changes.
- Host annual review meetings with individual customers.
- Understand a customer's needs and offer appropriate coverages.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Able to get property and casualty insurance license prior to starting.
- Able to get life insurance license within first 60 days of position.
- Preferred candidate will be comfortable talking in person or on the phone with many different customers daily
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
