ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2015 and is a team of six who are committed to serving our community and supporting one another. I’ve been with State Farm since 2006 and have worked in four different agencies, gaining a wide range of experience that shapes how I lead and develop my team today.
I attended the University of Rio Grande and now serve on the university’s Board of Trustees. Education and community involvement are both very important to me, and I enjoy staying connected to the people and organizations that make our area strong.
Our agency is deeply involved in the community. We work closely with the local food bank, support Habitat for Humanity, sponsor many events in town, and take part in initiatives like InspireHER, Forge sponsorships, and women in business seminars. Giving back is a core part of who we are.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Robin Fowler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
