RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead with Purpose: Recruit, train, and guide a high-performing sales team. Set clear, ambitious production and service goals, monitor results, and hold the team accountable to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive Your Own Sales: Manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed your individual quotas in auto, home, and life insurance. Your personal sales performance is integral to the agency’s continued growth.
- Fuel Agency Growth: Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales initiatives that generate qualified leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized, needs-based guidance that builds trust, strengthens retention, and supports long-term client relationships.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee agency processes and compliance to maintain an efficient environment that enables your team to focus on sales.
- Represent the Agency: Handle complex customer interactions professionally and foster a positive, productive office culture focused on results and collaboration.

Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Effectively juggle multiple priorities and responsibilities, maintaining focus and composure while managing a busy workload that includes sales leadership, customer interactions, and operational oversight.
- Proven Sales Leader: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas — plus 5+ years managing. You must be able to demonstrate how you have successfully led a team to achieve results
- Relentless Drive: You’re motivated by results and lead with a competitive spirit. You know how to hustle, coach, and push your team to outperform.
- Customer-Centric: You understand that sales success starts with exceptional service and trust-building. You’re skilled at uncovering needs and delivering solutions that fit.

- We are looking for someone who is bursting with positive energy and motivated to grow with us. Money motivated is also a must.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, while maintaining positive staff relationships within a team work environment.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain Life and Health License
- Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
- $45-000 - $55,000 Annual Base Pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses
- Base pay is determined by interview & experience level
