Our first office opened in 2004, and we expanded with a second location in 2011. Today, our team is made up of 11 members who work together in a fun, supportive, and hard-working environment. Before becoming an agent, I was a State Farm team member, so I understand the role from firsthand experience and know what it takes to build a strong, successful office.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and playing soccer and volleyball. That same energy and teamwork carry over into the way our office operates each day. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Taylor Hall - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
