Our agency opened in 2008 and is a small, close-knit team of two who take pride in providing professional, personal service to every customer. With a degree in Finance and Marketing and a background in sales, I bring both industry knowledge and a people-focused approach to the way we serve our community.
I’m a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, married, and the proud parent of adult sons. Family plays a big role in my life, and that same family-first mindset is reflected in the way our agency operates. We’re actively involved in the community through organizations like the Indian American Chamber of Commerce, the Loveland Foodbank, and the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance. Giving back and staying connected locally is an important part of who we are.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
