Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls daily to identify and qualify prospective customers interested in State Farm Insurance products.
- Warm transfer qualified leads to licensed insurance producers for follow-up and closing.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer information and interaction notes in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and community events.
- Provide basic insurance information and answer initial questions to engage prospects.
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards during all communications.
- Track and report daily call activity, lead quality, and appointment scheduling progress.
