Dorrit Emerich State Farm is hiring a Multiline Representative who can successfully balance sales production with high-quality customer service. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping clients while also identifying opportunities to grow accounts and close new business.

You will work with both new and existing customers—handling service needs, conducting policy reviews, and recommending coverage that protects what matters most. Strong service builds trust, and trust drives growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain available coverage options
  •  Quote, present, and sell auto, home and renters
  •  Support policy updates, billing inquiries, and service requests
  •  Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase retention and referrals
  •  Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives
  •  Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
  •  Collaborate with team members to achieve service and production goals

Licensing Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 start

If not currently licensed, P&C must be obtained before starting

Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process


What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to pivot naturally between service and sales conversations
  •  Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  •  Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up
  •  Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
  •  Prior insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred
