The Gregg Englebreth Agency is expanding and seeking a sales-dominant Life & Health Sales Specialist with proven experience selling life and health products. This is a production-driven role for a confident closer who thrives on consultative selling, objection handling, and consistently hitting goals.
You will focus on new business production and cross-selling to existing clients—conducting needs analyses, presenting solutions, and closing policies that protect families while driving strong commission income.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new life and health sales through outbound calls, referrals, and warm leads
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Present, explain, and close life and health policies with confidence
- Cross-sell life and health to existing P&C customers
- Manage a sales pipeline and follow up persistently to convert opportunities
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license required prior to starting
- Prior documented sales experience in life and health is required
- Property & Casualty license is a plus (not required for this role)
- Ongoing compliance and appointment requirements must be maintained
What We’re Looking For
- Proven life & health sales producer with a track record of closing
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and goal-based production
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain complex products simply
- Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits
- Experience in insurance or financial services sales required
