ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after a 26-year career in law enforcement, bringing with me a deep commitment to service, integrity, and community protection. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Midwestern State University and a master’s degree from Sam Houston State University, and I’m a husband and father of two sons.
Outside the office, I love fishing and staying active in the community through several organizations. I’m a member of the Sugar Land Exchange Club, Vice President of Fort Bend Crime Stoppers, an officer with the Sugar Land Masonic Lodge 1141, and a board member of Behind the Badge Charities.
Our team now includes six talented members, and together we’ve grown into one of the top 10% producing agencies in the area. Our office is family-oriented, connected, and known for building strong relationships with one another and with our customers. We offer PTO, a health insurance stipend, access to a professional money manager, and a 401k to support long-term financial wellbeing. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
