Jeff Sawyer State Farm is seeking a highly driven, sales-dominant Account Manager who thrives on production, closing business, and exceeding goals. This is a performance-based role designed for a competitive professional who is energized by outbound activity, confident in consultative selling, and motivated by results.

You will be responsible for driving agency growth through proactive prospecting, policy reviews, cross-selling, and converting opportunities into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands that consistent activity, disciplined follow-up, and confident closing create strong income potential.

Licensing Requirements

Full licensing is required.

  • If you do not currently hold a Property & Casualty license, it must be obtained prior to Day 1 in the office

  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting

Full licensing support is provided to help you successfully complete the process.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community networking

  • Conduct strategic policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and upsell opportunities

  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

  • Market relevant insurance products to both warm and cold prospects

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals

  • Oversee resolution of complex customer issues while maintaining a sales-first mindset

  • Track daily activity, pipeline metrics, and production results to consistently exceed targets

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills

  • Confidence initiating outbound sales conversations

  • Competitive, results-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
