- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Onboard and welcome new customers to our office
- Build relationships to deepen the insurance relationship with our company
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
