We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support and help keep things organized and running smoothly. This is an entry-level role and a great fit for a college student, stay-at-home parent, or someone looking for flexible part-time work during business hours.
In this role, you’ll assist with organization, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. You don’t need prior experience — we’re looking for someone who’s dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable taking direction.
What you’ll help with:
- Managing calendars (business-related and some light personal scheduling)
- Helping organize and maintain the book of business
- Booking reservations such as flights, car rentals, and event logistics for nonprofit activities
- Assisting with emails and basic correspondence
- Providing general administrative and organizational support as needed
This role may evolve over time as trust is built and responsibilities grow.
What we’re looking for:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Coachable and open to learning new tasks
- Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic computer tools
- Reliable, responsive, and able to manage multiple small tasks
- Prior administrative experience is helpful but not required
Schedule and pay:
- Part-time position
- $20–$22 per hour
- Work takes place during standard business hours, with flexibility on exact timing
