Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients to grow the State Farm business
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and exceed targets
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads promptly
- Stay up-to-date with State Farm products, services, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals with a “win” mindset
