The Kevin Habick State Farm Agency is seeking a high-performing Account Manager who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and driving growth. If you’re competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by results, this is the opportunity to build a long-term sales career in a fast-paced, performance-focused agency.
This role requires full licensing. Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not fully licensed, you must obtain your Property & Casualty license prior to your Day 1 start date. We provide support and guidance to help you complete the licensing process.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, your mission is to grow the agency. You will generate new business, convert warm and cold leads into customers, and strengthen our book through consultative conversations and proactive outreach. You’ll also support retention by conducting policy reviews and identifying coverage gaps that lead to meaningful protection and increased revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business through outbound calling, lead follow-up, quoting, and closing
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and referrals
- Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions confidently
- Present, explain, and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads
- Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining a strong sales mindset
- Track activity, pipeline progress, and results to consistently hit sales targets
- Collaborate with agency team members to support growth goals and customer success
What We’re Looking For
- Insurance sales or account management experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Confident leading sales conversations and asking for the business
- Organized, coachable, and motivated by performance
- Full licensing required: Property & Casualty and Life & Health
- If not fully licensed, candidate must obtain Property & Casualty prior to Day 1 start date (support provided)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
