ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1979 and began my career as a State Farm agent straight out of college. I attended USC, and over the years I’ve built a small, close-knit team of three centered around strong relationships, reliability, and excellent customer service. Our agency has always been family-oriented, and that mindset carries into how we treat both our team and our customers.

For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Team members receive two weeks of paid vacation along with paid holidays, allowing time to recharge while maintaining consistency and stability at work.

Our office culture is positive, energetic, and supportive. We believe in doing the job well while also enjoying the process along the way. We’re looking for dependable team members with strong customer service skills who bring good energy, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a team that values balance, longevity, and mutual respect.
