ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1996, and today I lead a team of nine. I’ve been with State Farm for over 40 years, beginning my career in claims before moving into agency. It truly runs in the family—my son works with me, my daughter is a State Farm agent an hour away, and even my brother is an agent. Outside the office, I’ve spent more than 20 years officiating ACC football, which has taught me a lot about discipline, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure.

I stay very involved in the community through local schools, our church, and several annual initiatives. Every year, we host a community blood drive, sponsor the Athlete of the Year award, and support Food for the Soul during the holidays.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gary Patterson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
